i am having the same problem. I am using Outlook to access my Comcast emails. I can receive emails just fine, but they won't send. Sometimes I get an error message "Can't access server". I've used the Speed test, and get over 200 mbps both directions. This is the same on all my devices: laptop, desktop, and cell phone. I can go to the Comcast/Xfinity website (which is very slow to access) and both send and receive emails, but for the last few days, I haven't been able to send emails on Outlook or Mail apps.
