safe list

Safe list doesn't seem to work.  I enter my list of email addresses I want to allow, but nothing comes through even though it is activated with the check mark.  If I send myself an email it does come through.  I've put my address on the list.  But everything else remains dead.  What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the reply.  I made up a list of about 25 people and services that send me email regularly during the day on my Safe List.  I never got any emails from these people who are on my list.  The machine sat there all day with no email, which would be very unlikely.  So not sure what else I could do.  I deactivated the list and emails started coming through again.

Not sure if you are misunderstanding how the safe sender list works. Lets say you enter 5 emails onto the list. ONLY those 5 emails will be delivered should they send you an email. Everything else gets dropped. So for example if i'm not on your list of 5 - you will never get my emails. 

If you are having an issue gettings emails, for instance if i sent you an email and then call you "did you get my email" and you didnt, then feel free to send me a PM with the details and i can look into it for you.
