run email filters
I've set several email filter rules. Now that I've done that, I want to run the rules on my inbox to filter those emails out, but I don't see anything that says "Run Filters" or "Run Rules". Do I still need to go back through my entire inbox to delete each of the messages I set a filter to try to get rid of?

You don't see it because it doesn't exist. It should, but Comcast and it's webmail contractor saved a few pennies by leaving it out.
Yep. Look on the bright side: Comcast became a tiny bit richer by not including this useful feature.

Not even close. The OP wants to RUN filter rules they have set up against messages already received. Appsuite webmail doesn't have that capability.
