Router Arrived Damaged

My Xfinity gateway router arrived today and it was damaged already when I took it out of the package. It got here late at night so it is already too late to call Xfinity. Posting this to have a record of it being broken when it arrived. What should I do next. Will they replace my router?

@user_jo0lwg Sorry to hear the modem was delivered damaged. We would be happy to replace it for you. We would be able to ship a new one, but it would take 3-5 business days to arrive. Otherwise, if you have a Xfinity Store nearby you can take the broken one in, and they would swap it for free.
