reveal list of an address book group

How do I reveal the list of contacts in an address book group and delete one contact?

Try opening a private browsing / incognito window and logging into your email that way, or try a different browser. I find that the Address Book group links don't work in a standard Firefox window without a lot of random clicking (maybe ticking one of the address selection boxes first? I'm not sure), but Private windows seem to work, as do regular windows in Chrome and Edge.

In the Address book group click on the group and it will reveal all the addresses.  Find the address you want to remove from the group, highlight it, then click on the three lines and choose Remove from group.

That did not work. When I clicked, double-clicked & when I right-clicked the group, the list of its addresses was NOT revealed.

@rkrockwell8104 When you clicked on the Group name did the addresses appear in the RIGHT pane?

I did not mention double-click or right click on anything.

  • Sign in to webmail.
  • Click on Address Book
  • In the Left Pane you should see the Group you want to access.
  • Click on the Group name and you should see all the addresses in the right pane.
  • Highlight the address[es] you want to remove.
  • Click on the three lines next to the word Delete.
  • In the drop down box, click on Remove from group.

If you don't see your Group listed in the left pane, try clicking on the arrow next to the word Groups.

I clicked the Group in the left pane--no affect. Then I tried double click, then right click--no affect from any clicking. Addresses were NOT revealed in the right pane for this particular Group. It works for other Groups, but not this one. This Group list does work for sending messages to the members of the Group, but I cannot reveal the Group members when I want to delete one of them.

I use Firefox exclusively and have no problems accessing Groups or the Address book or any functions.
