No. Once you hit Send it's gone. Some email providers, like Gmail, have a feature that lets you delay sending, but that's not the same as being able to get it back once it is sent.
It makes sense that the email can not be retracted or recalled because once it's sent, Comcast/xfinity no longer has control of the message. However, it could be done if the email is sent from a Comcast account to another Comcast account.
If the recipient hasn't read or opened the email message, it can work. Comcast/xfinity just needs to enable this functionality.
It would be quite similar to how MS Outlook works...
I have no idea why Comcast does not enable this ability. Literally, just copy the code that MS Outlook uses and it's done for you lol. I have used Outlook for "work, school" just because of that ability. As long as the recipient has not read the e-mail, you can recall it very easily.
