restore comcast email

I do NOT choose to "upgrade" to Yahoo mail.  It is difficult and frustrating. I absolutely hate it.  If I had known that I had a choice to upgrade (a misnomer!) I would not have done it.   Please show me how to restore my Comcast email back. I would hate to change providers since we have been with Comcast (Xfinity) for such a long time.  But this is going to be a deal breaker.

I don't think any move back is documented.  But note the section of the migration document that says: "if you do not upgrade, eventually you will lose access to your comcast.net email account"

So, it sounds like you could simulate that situation yourself by simply no longer using your "upgraded" email.

Thanks for reaching out to us, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview has great information on Xfinity migrating the Comcast emails to Yahoo

I upgraded my xfinity email to yahoo and hate it! I’m missing a ton of important sent messages and there is a ton of ads.  How do I undo it?

You can't.  Sorry.
