Reset secondary account password
I have an 2nd Xfinity email address I added a user account to my main. I thought it was linked and I could admin it from the main but can't.
For some reason the account is stuck in the reset password loop and is trying ro force the password be reset. I tried, but it forces me to call to reset it.
Calling doesn't help since there is no direct account associated with it and I can't seem to get an actual CSR. I'm not sure it had a recovery email or phone since I thought I'd be able to recover from the main. Is there a way to get past the reset loop or get it to actually allow me to reset the dang thing?
I don't get why it doesn't just force the reset AFTER i log in. There was no suspicious activity or reason for it to get locked out. I hate Comcast support!!

Same! 10 minutes on automated assistant trying to get to live help. Kept telling me I could reset thru app/chat & wanting to send link. Tried that previously, it only sees the primary email (for which I don't want to reset the password!!), can never get past this. I've updated passwords previously (for my 3 non-primary emails) but now it's requiring a phone call to a not at all helpful assistant!
