Reports about company website blocked when using xFi Advanced Security
Hello,
The company I work for hosts a web services solution through AWS. Our customers who use xFi Advanced Security have been reporting issues accessing sections of the software. Our research shows that the connection was blocked because xFi Advanced Security identified the connection to the site as Phishing.
I've researched all of the content managment sites out there and none of them indicate there is a problem.
Is there a way we can resolve this without telling users to disable xFi Advanced Security?

Our website is ows.openeye.net. It has backend links to AWS and S3.
The message our customers receive is:
"Content from oe-prod-devmon.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com was blocked and is classified as: Phishing/Other Frauds."

Are you able to retest this? The blocks currently are no longer showing. This should be removed as of now. Please let us know if you are seeing any new examples as of today.

@ComcastSPAAbuse I had one of our customers test and they reported they are still getting the same message for the same URL I posted before.

@ComcastSPAAbuse I'm hoping you can help. This is an ongoing issue that many sites seem to be having an issue with. Josh was helping us, but he told me he's no longer on the team.

Here's the previous topic.
It's affecting a lot of businesses badly. I get at least 10 messages a day from people who cannot browse my small business and that's only the people who message. Who knows how many who don't.
