reply from state governmental office blocked
I send an email to a state institution weekly, the email arrives there ok. But I must have a confirmation from them to proceed with a faith visit, but I don't get their reply to me. (i get my BCC though) . I think the email coming to me is being blocked since its from a prison system, (no inmate has email there). How do i get that help when the chat bot just goes in circles? Any help here would be awesome.

Good afternoon @user_47yru1, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your email issues, I see that you are having issues receiving replies from a particular email address. To confirm, have you checked that the emails are not going to your junk/spam folder? Are you experiencing this issue with any other email addresses? May I also ask if you are using your web browser to access your emails or a third party client server such as Outlook?
