Relentless spam

Hello, I'm trying to help a colleague who's a former comcast customer that now receives daily spam from which there's no option to unsubscribe. The emails say "Congratulations, we've boosted your internet speeds" then prompts to click a link to "view devices."

The email says it's service-based and sent from an unmonitored address. Reply to unsubscribe is returned undeliverable.

The emails are relentless -- more than one a day. Is there a way to unsubscribe? A Comcast address to forward the messages as received would be ideal.

Thank you
