Reestablish comcast email account after being hacked

I have been trying to reestablish my [Edited: "Personal Information"] email account using Outlook. Outlook can not connect to the IMAP server and I get an error message to contact my email provider. I was hacked yesterday and it appears that my inbox content was deleted.
