Recovering Email for My Deceased Father

My father passed away last year and his email was a Comcast email. I still need to go through his records and I need access to his old email, but it appears to have been deactivated. Is there any way to recover the email address and its contents?

It's probably been too long now to be able to recover his email account, but you could try asking our Customer Security Assurance folks.  Just be prepared for them to tell you it's been too long.
