Is it possible to recover comcast emails that have been deleted for more than two weeks?

Yes. Check the Trash folder first. If they are not in there, right-click on it and then on "Recover deleted items". Emails should be in that folder for 30 days after they dropped out of the Trash folder. They stay in the Trash folder for two weeks.
