Recover lost emails

I had to reset my password for my comcast email.  I was able to update it on comcast.com, but it was not working on my MacBook.  I ended up having to delete my mailbox on my MacBook and reinstall the mailbox.  After doing so I lost all of my old emails.  I have tried calling comcast support, but they said its an apple issue.  Can anyone help with this?

Thank you for reaching out here @user_xx7j9a. I would be happy to check on any options to recover those emails from here. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

@user_xx7j9a You don't have to send it to a specific name. Our whole team will get the message that you send.
