Recover deleted email account

A secondary "@comcast.net" email account that I has was inadvertently deleted.  How can it be recovered?  I tried using the "Users" screen as described in the Xfinity documentation to try and recreate the email account but it cannot be added that way.  That screen requires you to already have an email account that an invite can be sent to (there is no email account at this point as I am try to create one) or a cell phone number for an SMS invite, which also is reject as it says my phone is already associated with a user (it is - it is associated with my primary email account.  How can I get this deleted email address added back?

Call Comcast security. If it can be retrieved they are the ones to do it.

When a user ID is deleted or changed, it is suspended for 90 days, and then drops back into the pool of available user IDs for any other customer that claims it.  The account is still active, you just can't get at it using the webmail interface.
