Just to add, check the Trash folder first. When you delete an email it should be in the Trash folder for two weeks before it goes to the recovery folder.
Trash is stored for 14 days or 5,000 messages, whichever comes first

Just to add, check the Trash folder first. When you delete an email it should be in the Trash folder for two weeks before it goes to the recovery folder.
Trash is stored for 14 days or 5,000 messages, whichever comes first
