Recipients not receiving email responses in threads

Starting at least 7 days ago, possibly longer, I am having email issues on my home WiFi. I receive them fine but the recipients do not receive my response. Even though I see them as sent. So I did my own investigating and realized last night it was received if I turned off my home WiFi before sending, and works fine with my phone carrier setting.

I chatted online with Xfinity and after running diagnostics on the backend for a couple hours, they gave me the all clear. It is still not working. I found this forum and saw my EXACT issues and it seems to be spam blockers, but cannot figure out how to contact @ComcastCSAEmail   directly. I saw this person seems to know how to fix it. Can anyone help me?

Thanks!!

Good Afternoon,

Please try to send these emails again. Review on our end looks like they got caught up in the spam filter and adjustments have been made to try and alleviate this issue.

Hey there, @user_0ce147

You can contact our Customer Security Assurance by calling

1-888-565-4329. However, I'd love to help look into this issue as well. Normally, we would submit a ticket to our team and they will get it resolved. I know it has been a couple of days, are you still having issues?
