Recipients are not receiving emails

Lately when I am sending emails from either my iPhone or laptop through my Comcast email they are not going through to some people.  It is random as to who this is happening to.  I have begun to cc myself and see that they are going out since I am receivng the email however, the receipient is not and it is not in their spam folder.  

Can you tell me what I can do to fix this.  I do not have my VPN on either.

If the messages are showing in your Sent folder, then it sounds like the issue is at the other end.  Your recipients may need to contact their email provider and see if there is a blocking issue for Comcast emails.
