Recent login activity. How do I see the last 30 days? It is only showing today's login.
My email was compromised and I had unauthorized activity on Walmart.com and noticed that they had sent a passcode to my email. I am assuming they were able to log into my email on 10/10/2026 to get the passcode. I went to my Xfinity account and although it says it will show the last 30 days of login activity, I am only seeing today listed. Is it possible to see if there was another login on 10/10/2026. I want to see if it shows an IP address or location I can reference in my report.

Welcome to the community forums, user_gqh9c9, and thanks for taking the time to post! Seeing that someone may have accessed your account is a terrible feeling, and I'm sorry that you're going through this. If you haven't already, I'd recommend resetting your password before doing anything else.
If you're not seeing any additional login activity through the Xfinity Security Console, the next step would be to reach out to the Customer Security Assurance team to take a closer look into the account's security. They can be reached at (888) 565-4329 between 8:00am-12:00am EST, seven days a week.
