Received phishing email

Iv recently received a very suspicious email.

The instructions on Xfinitys site says to copy the email including headers and send it to the abuse team. My question is, I cant exactly copy an email and past it into another email so exactly how do I go about doing this?

What email client/app do you have access to for your email?

I use Outlook on my desktop and with the email open, click on File->Properties.  A Properties box opens up with the Internet Headers.  I can right-click on the headers and Select All, Copy and the paste into the email which I forward to abuse@comcast.net.
