Read messages were deleted for Feb.

I just noticed that all the February 2020 emails that I had read but left in my Inbox were missing. They were there a few days ago. I found them in the Trash folder, but I didn't move them there. All messages up through 1/31/2020 are untouched. What's going on? I just use Firefox and browse to the Comcast site, so I'm not using any local mail client. I'm on a MacBook Pro running 10.15.2.

In order to enable your PM feature, click on your icon in the upper right of the page and click on My settings, the Preferences tab, and then on Private Messenger.

In the Community Forum -> Preferences -> Preference Options, I don't see anything like Private Messenger. I just see Time Zone, Language, . . . Show Confirmation Pages for Posts. 

In email, from the settings icon (gear), I also can't find anything that sounds like Private Messaenger.

Now what?

I never said anything in the path I posted about Preference Options.

Thanks. Yeah, I finally saw that. And I got a PM from the Comcast person, so looks like that method is working.
