Reactivate Comcast E-Mail?

I had a secondary account on my Xfinity account with a Comcast.net email. I never received notice that it was going to be deactivated, and I have logged into it within the last 2 years. However, emails sent to it now bounce and when I login to the ID with it and attempt to access my e-mail it just redirects me to a support page.

I have active Xfinity services and the login is on my account as a secondary. I can login to Xfinity with the login, but it appears the email has been deactivated. I don't get a reactivation message when I login. 

Is there any way to get this e-mail address back? Thank you.

The account would still be active if you had signed into it at least once every 9 months.  If you didn't, it is now inactive.  To see if you can get it back, call Comcast security------------
