Re: Missing Emails
I have tried in vain to have actual contact with an English speaking human being for over two months.
I use MacMail on a late 2013 IMc computer running High Sierra. The problem is ttat although e mail from Comcast and Spectrum reach my MacMail, I am unable to send replies by any means, which makes it almost impossible. You have earned your reputation as the worst company in America for fiveyears running and your arrogance in ignoring your cutomers technical problems is a nightmare.
What I wish is to have the most basic use of your internet service which is tantamount to taking money on false pretenses. Please have someone real call me.

I've checked the server and your email is working just fine, but the logs show that there are multiple instances when you are trying to send email via your Third-Party Email Client, you are failing authentication. This means that the password information supplied in the Third-Party Email Client is incorrect. You will want to troubleshoot the Third-Party Email Client and resolve the password issue. To double-check, please try to go to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ and attempt to send a test email directly from our webmail client. This test will confirm that there are no isses with your email on the Comcast side and that you will need to troubleshoot your device/Third-Party Email Client. Should you receive an error on the webmail, please include the error message in your post.
