RE: How do I set up an additional email account?
I'm trying to establish an email account for my wife. When I go to the https://customer.xfinity.com/#/users page and hit the add user button, it wants an email address for her. In other words, she has to have an email address to create an email address. This doesn't work for her. How can this be fixed?

@user_Brad There are three user roles when adding users. The first/higher two require an email address for security. The third/lowest (Viewer) does not ask for an email address. Use this one and then at a later time you can change her user role to one of the others. Are you using a mobile device (phone, tablet) or desktop/laptop to access the web site?
