RE: Emails

I am using comcast webmail.   Keep getting emails regarding health issues. sometimes 20 or 30 a day.  How can I stop this.

Hi user_y45o54! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Forum. We value you as a customer, and please know my team is always here to support you. To stop spam emails in Comcast Webmail, you can mark unwanted emails as spam. Here are the steps:

  1. Select the email you want to report.
  2. Click the **Spam** button in the toolbar above the message.


This action moves the email to the Spam folder and helps train the spam filter. Additionally, you can set up email filters to automatically block emails from specific addresses or domains. For further assistance, refer to the Spam Filter Setup Guide provided by Comcast.
