Re: BEWARE OF ADDRESS BOOK'S "IMPORT CONTACTS" FATAL GLITCH!!!! - MY EMAIL STILL DOESN'T WORK

Tech support admits that the Address Book app related issue locked me out of my email systems and my case has been moved to from one level tech support to the next level and yet nobody can resolve it! I was asked to delete the artificially created backup files, when I delete a folder more subfolders appears in my mailbox! Obviously, this glitch is serious and tech support has no solution to fix it! MEANWHILE I'm still PAYING for the COMCAST XFINITY SERVICE and I CAN NOT USE MY EMAIL or other internet services, IS THIS FAIR??? MY BUSINESS is FAILING BECAUSE OF THIS ADDRESS BOOK GLITCH and SO FAR SUPPORT HAS NO WAY OF FIXING IT! I'VE BEEN PUT ON INDEFINITE HOLD WITH NO RESOLUTION...  HOW LONG I SUPPOSED TO WAIT WITHOUTH EMAIL ACCESS????? EITHER FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP OR INCREASE MY EMAIL USAGE SIZE TO ENABLE MY EMAIL ACCESS AT LEAST UNTIL YOU FIND A SOLUTION TO FIX THIS ISSUE, DON"T DISABLE MY EMAIL ACCESS!!!
