How do I delete emails when I get the message that says my quota has been met? It won't let me delete

When you say you got a message, are you sure its from Comcast? To check see here-----------
If it's legit, on the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, and you should see what percentage of your 10Gb of storage is in use. What does it show? How are you trying to delete messages?
