QuickBooks Online can't reach one particular Comcast.net email address

Having problems sending email from QuickBooks Online to one particular comcast.net email address.  I can send email from QBO to other Comcast users just fine and I can also reach the client's Comcast email address in question from other email apps just fine.  Let me know what I can do to help resolve this.
