Question about the Yahoo migration
Hi! So, my Comcast.net email account was migrated to Yahoo! If I have problems accessing that account, must I now contact Yahoo! support?
Thanks!

@GrannyW
Yes, you'll have to contact them for any problems you might have with your @comcast.net account.

Hello, @GrannyW thank you for reaching out over Xfintiy Forums. With the recent migration to Yahoo Mail, that is a great question and see our helpful Forum expert @Again was able to answer your question. Once the migration completes, you will work with Yahoo Mail support at that point. This great document I found on our website has some good information: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview
Please let me know if that was helpful or have any other questions or concerns.

Now that Comcast email has migrated to Yahoo mail, I can't sign in. I put in my Comcast name and password, but am directed to a page that says, "Your Comcast email account is accessible at Yahoo mail. Head to Yahoo mail to sign in and access your comcast.net e-mail account." When I click on Yahoo mail on the bottom of the page, instead of bringing me directly to my Comcast mail, it brings me to a Yahoo sign in page. I don't remember my password and I can't successfully change it. I have a Google address as an account as a verification backup but I keep getting an error message and it won't let me change my password. I would be so grateful for some help with this.
