Purchasing an Internet Plan

Hello, 

I am interested in purchasing an internet plan, but am met with a screen that says "We're sorry. Please contact us and one of our friendly and knowledgable representatives can help." Would I be able to be put in contact with a representative, so I can purchase something or know what is wrong with my platform? Thank you for your time.
