Problems with new email account
I've created a new email account (@Comcast.net acct) and am getting errors. On connect.xfinity.com, I get "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them.". The user ID @ password are correct and the incoming & outgoing server settings are the same as another account that is working. Can you assist?
