Problem Downloading Email
I can no longer download emails to my PC this morning. Half way through this morning's download, I received the message, "The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail.comcast.net responded: Message 9 expunged." So I'm stuck using webmail for now. What can I do? It looks like I'm trying to download a nonexistent message. I'm still using SeaMonkey to download emails.

OK -- I solved the problem -- it appeared to be on Comcast's end. I found this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1026836
It says to "change your Junk mail options to 'delete the email'" (in webmail). However I didn't see any such option in Comcast, and my junk mail folder was empty. So under, My Folders, I created a subfolder and named it "Test". I moved all the emails under Inbox to the Test folder, and tried to download messages again. No error this time. So I moved 5 emails back to "Inbox", and successfully downloaded them. I continued doing this 5 messages at a time, until there were no more under "Test", and was able to successfully download all of them. Evidently the Comcast email server corrected the problem when I moved everything to the "Test" folder. (Phew).
