Problem attaching document to email.

The last few months when I tried to attach a word document to my email, I keep getting an unknown error message.

@user_maq5oz Is the Word document the only document you're having trouble attaching? Or does this happen with PDFs, or pictures as well? Can you clear cache and cookies or try a new web browser, and sign in again? Then attempt to add your document once more. Let us know if you were successful.
