Greetings @aquariusshay! Thank you for reaching out on our forums for help. 🙂 If you are accessing your email through our Xfinity Connect from our website, the print function is on the top action bar to the right of the "set color" and next to "more actions". Let me know if this helped!

In the web mail Connect, you can also right click on an email from your folder list and select Print. In the mobile Xfinity Connect app (at least on my moto z4), there is no print option that I can find.
The old Xfinity app had a print function under the 'share' button. The new mobile version of xfinity.com does not have a print option under the 'share' option. The top header shows a search, refresh, tool buttons. The bottom shows reply, reply all, trash, share(?), and 3 bars. The share(?) does the same thing as reply. The 3 bars shows options: mark as read, mark as unread, mark as span, copy, set color.
@Ddoie As you have discovered there is no print option in the Xfinity Connect app. And, as @BruceW mentioned, the XC app will be going away April 20th so you may want to try other email app to see if it has a print function.
@Ddoie On my moto z4 when I use Chrome (mobile version) to access email, https://connect.xfinity.com, and I open an email, I can use the 'three dot icon', upper right in the browser to select 'Share' and the print option is there. I can then print the email I want. This isn't using the mobile Xfinity Connect app but the mobile browser version of the desktop web mail.

Where is the print option?

Please be aware that the Xfinity Connect App is being discontinued on April 20. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-connect-sunset.
