Hello, @schlossmail. I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to help add your contact list to your iPad. Have you tried checking under the File menu at top left in contacts? There should be an option there to help you port your contact list.

@XfinityRaul

thanks; there is an IMPORT option through something called Shuttle Cloud but the only EXPORT option I can find in Comcast address book (after clicking the hamburger icon) just generates an XL with a list). So not finding a true technological export to Apple??

Can you give this a try and let me know if it works to import those contacts to your Apple Mail app?

Log on to your Comcast account and access your Webmail mailbox.

Next, click on the Address Book link in the left navigation menu.

After the address book opens, click on the Export icon in the toolbar.

You will then have a choice of four formats for exporting. For importing in Contacts' contact list, select vCard (/vcf file).

Click on the Export button and save the file to a location on your disk.

Then go to email Contacts>File>Import... Import, and import that CSV file.
