Pornographic emails- all photos "to share"

I have been receiving email, pornographic type, on my email address for many years.

They all have ISP and they DO respond if you fall for their [Edited: "Language"].

Yet Xfinity, no matter how many replies to this subject are posted, has NO way to block.

This does not make a paying subscriber very confident that Xfinity is even trying to block or remotely interested in solving the problem.

Bad business ethics!

@XfinityKrista I am just reading this because I'm sick of getting this filth in my emails every day.  I don't click on anything. Just Spam them and send them on their way.

BUT THAT DOESN'T HELP!

So I copied and pasted your link, and it keeps coming up with 400 Bad Request.

What to do now?

@user_3d4cb2  Remove the trailing slash ("/").  The page is located here:  https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse

It's an old thread.  You are much better off starting a new one on this forum to get faster help, but do report the abuse.

It sounds like you need to speak with Comcast Security.

Also, when you get spam mail never choose unsubscribe from it.  When you do you're giving those people a valid email address that they end up sharing with other porno places.  Always report them as spam.
