Porn Spam

I am getting bombarded with spam from porn/dating websites. It is relentless. How can I stop it?

Are you sure you have the Spam filter turned on?  To check, on the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, then on "Email settings".  Then under Advanced Settings you will see the option to enable or disable it.  If its not that------------------

Call Comcast security.  Ask them to look at your account.

This is NOT an ACCEPTED solution. I still have the problem and you have not proposed ANY solutions. I understand your "security team" is looking into the issue, but that doesn't exactly solve the problem, does it?

GOTCHA3 Thanks for letting us know you are still having trouble. We would be happy to assist you more directly to see if we can help.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
