Pop servers no longer showing folders
iPhone mail app no longer shows folders using Comcast account. Xfinity escalated tech support says it is an Apple problem since xfinity web mail shows folders. Apple support says that xfinity no longer supports pop or pop3 and you cannot switch to imax.
Apple support says to use web mail until the upgrade to yahoo notification.
is this my only option?
Seems like xfinity could have notified all mail users to stop using Apple Mail. That way hours of time would not be tied up by users and tech support.

Hello, @Wize_One thank you for reaching out over Xfinty Forums. I completely understand where you're coming wanting to check if there are options besides using webmail to access your email/folders.
Reviewing this helpful document, it shows Pop/Pop3 options still available for setting up 3rd party clients, but IMAP is the recommended option based on how emails are routed through the 3rd party client.
