PIN Requirement to get into my email

Does anyone know how to delete the requirement for a PIN (on my home desktop)?  I keep checking the box that says "not on this platform", but Xfinity continues to ask me for a PIN.  I would like to not do this every time I log into my home email.

My husband keeps getting this prompt on his laptop—about five times over the last three days. -Edited for violating forum guidelines- he checks the box “do not ask me again on this platform” and it asks him yet again when he logs in. What’s wrong with Comcast Email???

The website uses cookies to remember the selection.  If he doesn't have cookies set for connect.xfinity.com then he'll see the prompt every time he checks his email after signing out.
