PIN Requirement to get into my email
Does anyone know how to delete the requirement for a PIN (on my home desktop)? I keep checking the box that says "not on this platform", but Xfinity continues to ask me for a PIN. I would like to not do this every time I log into my home email.

My husband keeps getting this prompt on his laptop—about five times over the last three days. -Edited for violating forum guidelines- he checks the box “do not ask me again on this platform” and it asks him yet again when he logs in. What’s wrong with Comcast Email???
