permanently delete comcast email address/account of deceased person
My husband just died, and I want to delete his email address permanently.
We moved to an area where we can no longer get Xfinity, but we have kept our comcast email address/accounts
How do I delete his address/account

Was he the primary account holder for that user ID? If so, you would need to call Comcast and ask for direction on this. If he was a secondary account and you are the primary, you could delete it in the "My account" section. Do you have the password for his account? Also, since you are no longer a Comcast customer, after a while it will just go away if you don't sign into it for a set period of time. See here----------------------
