Password Reset Required Every Time I Log In
When I log in to my Comcast account to view my email, my login credentials come back as invalid. I have to use "Forgot Password", change the password, and then I can log in.
But the next time I log in, same userid, same password - I get the error message saying my userid or password is incorrect. If I use the "Forgot Password" function to change the password I can then log in.
This happens every time I try to log in. If I log out twice a day, I have to reset my password twice a day. This has rendered my ablity to send/receive email via Outlook inoperable.
NB: when I reset my password, Comcast lets me re-use old passwords.
