password reset from primary account holder
I am being forced to reset my password. It tells me to sign into my primary account holder and reset from that. I signed into the only account that could be, and I am nowhere to be found - only other family members. I am trying to talk to a live agent, but it tells me I need to sign into my account first. That's kind of the problem here.
