Password reset emails not coming through on my xfinity email
i've seen several posts from other xfinity email users not getting password reset emails from various services like uber and opentable. I thought it was ubers issue and now i'm having the same issue with opentable so i'm beginning to think this is an xfinity issue. In prior posts someone DM an expert on the forum to help. as far as i know i have no filters set on my email - at least i know i've never set any. would greatly appreciate the help as i can no longer use uber or opentable. thank you

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Good morning,
I have reviewed the logs and all comcast.net subscribers are receiving emails from the domains you referenced. Specifically for your email all emails sent to you have been delivered. There are no filters or blocks. If you are not getting emails from them, its because they are not sending to you. In this specific instance you aren't getting the password reset emails because they aren't sending them to you. You will want to confirm with the sender and troubleshoot with them on what is happening with those emails specifically. They will want to review their backend logs as well to resolve.

It is weird but I am having the same exact issue. I get my password resets from all of my other accounts, but for some reason - the emails don't come into my comcast.net emails. I get other emails from the same provider, just not the password reset. It happens with multiple providers and has made it impossible to pay bills. I have even had the same issue happen when trying to validate my passcode from Xfinity on my settings page. Is there some algorithm in them that gets them blocked?

I'm having problems receiving verification passcodes from government sites. I can't access because I can verify my email. I check my spam folder and turned off
third party cookie blocker. Please help. I once received passcode reset from this email address. Other sites are very slow to deliver codes but they finally come.
