Has anyone else's email suddenly switched to OX email?
Try closing the browser and opening again. If that doesn't work, try logging out and back in again.
Comcast/Xfinity's https://connect.xfinity.com site has been using Open-Xchange's App Suite for web email since 2016. The favicon on connect.xfinity.com browser tabs is always "X" when I'm on my desktop, but "OX" on my phone. I do not know why, but believe this to be a benign fluke of company and its subcontractor who do not know, or care, about their systems. Some users have reported that the entire "connect" window format sometimes changes.
There's nothing like consistency, and Comcast/Xfinity/Open-Xchange is nothing like consistency.
