Outlook with Comcast

Been having a recurring issue with Outlook retrieving Xfinity email. Getting a pop up that wants login info for IMAP, but it doesn’t accept the login info and keeps repeating the login request.

I have started having the same problem. I am unable to get email from outlook (same pop up). also not able to get mail on iphone or ipad.
