When was the last time you logged in to webmail?  With the migration to Yahoo, it's a good idea to log in several times a week.

Having said that, you should log in to webmail and check if Auto Forward has been turned on.

  • Click on the gear icon
  • Click on Email Settings
  • In the left pane click on Auto Forward and see if there is an email address there.  If so, remove it and uncheck the box.

@Again I knew nothing about the "migration of comcast.net emails to Yahoo" previously.  I logged in to the comcast.net email via webmail and checked the Auto Forward to find that there was no email address included there and that the box was not checked. There were new emails found to exist. I opened the emails, left them there, then exited webmail. I then opened Outlook and the emails that I had just opened/read came in there. So, it seems that I need to open the emails over on webmail so that they will come in over on Outlook. With this being said, what's the point in even using Outlook? Please explain why this is occurring. Thank you.
