Outlook failing to connect...
I am unable to retrieve my email into Outlook (Office 365), however I am able to access my email via the Xfinity site. I do not have anything preventing connection to your imap or smtp servers (see included details, I can hit your advertised ports). I also have checked the "Third Party Access Security" option under Settings > Security so that is not the issue either. Please clarify what my Outlook settings should be in order to use Outlook to manage my Xfinity email.

Thanks for reaching out I know how important it is to be able to access your e-mail third party e-mail options, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access has great information on how and set that up
