Outlook Email access

I can no longer access my comcast.net email from my laptop on Microsoft Outlook 365.

I can still get it on my iPhone and Outlook but it always makes me enter my username and password.

I deleted the account in outlook and when i try to add it it just brings up the window to enter username and password.

I can login to my mail account with the same username and password through Chrome...

@XfinityEricB​ I followed this and when I went to test incoming mail pop3, the first part, it failed. 

Everything looks like the picture in your link, but fails and won't allow me to advance to the next screen

My ability to access Outlook abruptly stopped with no warning and I can't reach any PERSON to find out why.  I have reset Outlook, rebooted my computer and rebooted my wifi hub with no success.

Are you able to log in on the website?  What error messages are you getting?
