outlook can't connect to email
Neither new outlook nor iphone will connect to my comcast.net email. Just says "waiting for email provider" and the returns error message "sign in failed. You may need an app password"

Should have added that I have no problem viewing email if I log in directly to xfinity so 3rd party apps aren't playing for some reason
